You can move in the apartment at 2 pm.

Cancellation of your stay at the apartment

If you cancel your stay we will try to rent the apartment to another party.

Conditions:

3 months before arrival cancellation is free.

From 3 to 1 month we charge 40 % of the amount.

From 1 month to 1 week we charge 70 % of the amount.

In the final week we charge the full amount of the stay.

Additionally the general conditions for the hotel industry apply.
